No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the field or hunting blinds.

 A signed contract and deposit must be received by mail to reserve hunts.

All payments are non-refundable.

All guests on the ranch must pay the full hunt fee and be booked on a contract.

All guests must have a valid State of Texas Hunting License.

All hunters will follow all State of Texas game laws & regulations.

There are no kill guarantees.

A wounded animal is considered a kill.  Every effort will be made to locate it.

All sheds, skulls, artifacts, plants, and minerals are property of the ranch and may not be removed from the ranch.

There will be no shooting from vehicles.

Cartridges must be removed from rifles in vehicles and in camp.

Minimum caliber rifle for hunting is .243/6mm.

All hunters must check in upon arrival and check out before leaving at the times designated on the contract.

Vehicle travel is limited to ranch roads designated at check-in.

No all-terrain vehicles or dogs are permitted on the ranch.

Littering is prohibited.  Trash, game hides, heads, feathers, etc. must be disposed of as directed by the ranch.

Ranch personnel may inspect or search any vehicle at any time.

No smoking in stands or blinds.

All blinds will be closed up and no trash left in any stands after each hunt.

Violation of any rule on any hunt will result in forfeiture of all hunt fees and hunting privileges.  All hunters in the party must leave the ranch.

A liability waiver must be signed upon arrival at the ranch.

Drug and excessive alcohol use will not be tolerated.
